App:
- Fixed a quirk when switching tabs where scrollbars would show. Also improved animations when switching tabs.
- Improved design on "Open Events" links on overviews.
- Made page header and context menu placement consistent across pages.
- Draft work orders will no longer be shown in technician mode.
- Glossary terms are now displayed in alphabetical order. Fixed a bug to do with searching for glossary terms.
- Improvements to on-screen keyboard placement
- Added a new placeholder in the QR-scanner
- You can now go to the Item Overview from a Work Order even when Proof-of-Presence is required to work on the Item.
- The "Related Paused Work" warning will now only show up if the paused work wasn't created recently.
- Planned Performed Work will now show the designation of the Work Order it belongs too as its designation.
- Fixed a bug where network status and last connection date on the Cloud Status page would be incorrect.
- Fixed a bug where incorrect network status notifications were shown.
- Fixed a bug where an error screen would flash briefly after logging in.
Web Page:
In this release we are excited to share a revised version of our data table!
We have been focused on features that help you find what you need to find and see what you need to see.
Here are some highlights from a large list of quality-of-life improvements we have made to the table:
- Improved Search Bar: Search is now column based! Search any column in the same for a term and search for multiple columns at the same time. Tip: Try clicking the header of a column to begin searching within that column.
- Shareable links: Need to show a certain view of the data to a colleague? You can now copy the URL from your browser and send it to a colleague. They will see what you are seeing!
- Save configurations: Got the perfect search + filter + column configuration? We have revitalized the "Save Configuration" feature so it takes every setting into account. You can also select a favorite which will be used automatically!
- Pagination: You will now see pagination controls at the bottom of your screen always. When displaying cards instead of rows you can now adjust "Cards per page".
As well as a myriad of design tweaks to improve visual clarity and consistency.
The revised data table is available on all select pages.
In addition to the new data table we also include a number of small improvements:
- When filtering within a date range, supplying only the start date will now do an unbounded search.
- Enhanced card layout on Workspace and Layout select pages.
- Consistent placement of the page header, top menu and SafeEx logo in the footer across pages.
- When assigning users to tasks, options are now sorted by full name then email.
- When selecting multiple values from a dropdown menu, selected options are now highlighted.
- Fixed a bug where Issue events would not update.
- Fixed a number of bugs around superseding Issues.
- Fixed a bug where you could navigate away from a page with a dialog open, making the dialog be out of context.
- Fixed a bug where the amount of Performed Work associated with a Work Order was counted incorrectly.
Both Web page & App:
- Accepting corrective work on an Issue now closes the Issue.
- Resetting a filter no longer closes the filter dialog.
- Added new field 'Note' to Locations.
- When tracking another workspace in the same organization, the app will now save files that are shared between the two workspaces, so they don't need to be redownloaded.
- The app will not hide actions that require permissions that the current user does not have.
- Renamed 'Entity Grouping' to 'Entity Class'.
- Added a 'Unsaved changes' warning when leaving the Layout Form.
- Display an 'empty message' when there are no comments on an entity.
- Display an 'empty message' when there are no attachments on an entity.
- Improved the logic around proof-of-presence and Draft Performed Work.
- Fixed a bug where the user avatar would not be displayed after tracking a workspace.
- Fixed a bug where you could open Notifications multiple times on top of itself.
- Fixed a bug where the Welcome dialog was too welcoming. It now shows up only the first time you log in.
- Fixed a bug where multiple loading indicators would be shown at the same time.
