In this release we are excited to introduce Item Models! Item Models lets you share attributes and attachments across Items enabling you to keep every detail and document up-to-date across thousands of Items. Item models also let you assign which procedure variants should be available when performing work on Items of that Model. Again, this lets you keep track of available procedure variants in a "change once - update everywhere" fashion.
Item Models are available in both manager and technician mode.
In addition to Item Models we also include a number of improvements:
App:
- You can now filter issues by Item Class
Web Page:
- Read-only version of Attachments if your account is not allowed to upload attachments.
- Read-only version of Parameters and Instructions on the Work order overview if your account does not allow modifying it.
- Added keyboard arrow controls to the image gallery.
- Side-panels on Overview pages will now attempt to focus the first tab with content in it.
- Fixed a bug making it harder to use the new search bar on Select pages.
- Fixed a bug where the Admin icon on Workspace Select was incorrect
- Fixed a bug where uploading a new image was randomly placed in the gallery
Both:
- When accessing a select page directly from a link, the app will now inform users of missing permissions to view the page.
- Improved logic around changing Item Class on entities, to make sure Items, Models and Locations keep their Class the same.
- Fixed a bug where temporal and select attribute values could not be undone.
- App now displays a confirmation dialog when removing Issues from a Work Order
- Fixed a bug where there could be "Unsaved changes" on readonly Item assignment
- You can now Clean up actions from history.
- Fields in forms will now be validated simultaneously
